Lightbox has 2 different spaces available for rent! The Loft & The Edison!

THE LOFT
Rates starting at $75.00/hr for photo shoot rentals
Rates starting at $150.00/hr for events of the entire building. (Loft, Lobby, Edison)
The Loft is our most spacious and popular rental space! There is no shortage of bright, natural light and our white walls and floors provide a blank slate for you to really make it your own! Rentals of The Loft includes a double sided large rolling backdrop and access to our prop closet. Seamless paper backdrops are available to be used for an additional $8.00.
The Loft is only available for events/parties when renting the entire building. It can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people
*Parties over 20 people may not allow for each guest to sit around the tables we provide. We strongly suggest that you come in for a private tour to see if the Loft works for your type of party or event.
Please note- we no longer have the greenery wall or the gray and pine dining room chairs that are shown in the photos below.
While The Loft stays pretty bright during all daylight hours, we suggest using The Loft in the morning or early afternoon for photo sessions to get the brightest lighting!
All Loft rentals come with access to the Prop Closet. Access to the seamless paper backdrops and stand can be added to your rental for a flat rate of $8.00.
Please note, The Loft is only accessible by staircase.
THE EDISON

Rates starting at $100.00/hr for events
The Edison is located on the ground level of Lightbox right off of our lobby and kitchen area. With a cozy and industrial feel, The Edison is perfect for parties, photo shoots, workshops, off-site meetings for local businesses and so much more!
There are (6) 3 x 3.5 feet tables that can comfortably seat up to 24 people or can be moved out into the lobby if you need an empty room!
For photo sessions, natural light is typically brightest from morning to early afternoon in The Edison!
Should you need any additional lighting, We have 2 LED panels available to add on to your rental for a flat fee of $15.00.
THE LOBBY
The lobby is our common area located on the ground level of Lightbox! It features a small waiting area, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette with two catering drop sinks, a full fridge and freezer and a microwave. When you enter Lightbox on through the main door on the east side of our building, our kitchenette and bathrooms are to the right, The Edison is to the left and The Loft is straight up our staircase!
Anyone who rents The Loft or The Edison will have access to The lobby, kitchenette & bathrooms!
