Since opening in October of 2019, Lightbox has become the landing space for numerous parties, elopements, showers, pop-up shops & more! Our historic building offers a unique, private space for intimate gatherings of 25-30 individuals in one room or can accommodate up to 50 people for mix & mingle events in the entire space
THE LOBBY
The lobby is our common area located on the ground level of Lightbox! It features a small seating area, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette with two catering drop sinks, a full fridge and freezer and a microwave. When you enter Lightbox on through the main door on the east side of our building, our kitchenette and bathrooms are to the right, The Edison is to the left and The Loft is straight up our staircase!
Anyone who rents Lightbox for an event will have access to The lobby, kitchenette & bathrooms!
THE EDISON
The Edison is located on the ground level of Lightbox right off of our lobby and kitchen area and serves as our main event rental space.
Featuring a cozy living room set with a couch that can comfortably fit 4 adults, tables and chairs, and additional seating options the Edison is the perfect cozy spot to accommodate parties of all kinds! The Edison comfortably accommodates 25-30 individuals. The Edison is wheelchair accessible!

THE LOFT
Day to day, The Loft is used as our main photo studio here at Lightbox! The Loft serves as an add-on for events! If you are having a party with more than 30 people or if you want extra space for mingling or photos, then adding on The Loft for your party might interest you!
The Loft is located up a gorgeous curved staircase and is set up as a “blank slate.” - It features an 8x8 rolling photo backdrop with a white & black side, a styled mantle, plentiful natural light and white floors.
The Loft can only be accessed for events when renting out the entire Lightbox building. All rentals of the entire building will also have access to the Prop Closet.

EVENT RENTAL RATES
Edison Rental for Events
INCLUDES: Access to The Edison Rental room, Lobby and kitchenette area. Tables and chairs available for 24 guests as well as a styled living room set with a couch and additional chairs. Maximum guest count for Edison parties is 30 people.
$100/hr - Discount for rentals of 4+ hours
Entire Building Rentals
INCLUDES: Access to The Loft, Edison, Lobby and kitchenette areas. Tables and chairs available for 24 guests as well as numerous additional seating options. All rentals of the entire space will also have access to the Prop Closet. Maximum guest count for parties in the entire space is 50 people.
$150/hour - discount for rentals of 4+ hours
